Refund and Returns

Our Refund & Returns policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. We offer a hassle-free process for returns and exchanges, with a commitment to providing timely and efficient service. Our policy outlines the conditions under which returns and exchanges are accepted, as well as the steps customers need to follow to initiate a return or exchange. At all times, we strive to maintain transparency, fairness, and accountability in our dealings with our customers.

At PLUTOS, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to return or exchange an item. Therefore, we have established a strict policy to ensure fair and consistent treatment of all returns and exchanges.

Returns:

All items purchased from PLUTOS may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. However, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Any item that has been personalized, engraved, or modified in any way cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions for returning the item.

Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets our return policy, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.


Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item, you may do so within 14 days of receipt, provided that the item is in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Any item that has been personalized, engraved, or modified in any way cannot be exchanged.

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the exchange. We will provide you with an Exchange Authorization Number (EA#) and instructions for exchanging the item.

Once we receive the exchanged item and verify that it meets our exchange policy, we will ship the new item to you. If there is a price difference between the exchanged item and the original item, we will contact you to arrange for payment or refund.



Please note that the cost of shipping for returns and exchanges is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect due to an error on our part.

In the event of a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

We closely monitor all returns and repairs to ensure that they are processed in a timely and efficient manner.


However, we would like to emphasize that we do not tolerate any unethical behavior regarding returns and repairs. We retain the authority to reject any request for return or repair if there is suspicion of deliberate damage or misuse of the item. To ensure transparency and identify instances of misuse or intentional damage, we consistently capture photographs and videoscopes of our shipments. Our records persist for a duration of 14 days, or indefinitely in situations involving open cases or disputes.


Our team will carefully inspect all returned items to determine the cause of the issue and will take appropriate action if necessary.
