What types of jewellery do you sell?

We offer a wide selection of fine jewellery, including rings, earrings, bracelets, pendants, and necklaces in a variety of precious metals, such as gold, silver, and platinum. We also carry a selection of gemstones, including diamonds, rubies, sapphires, and emeralds.

What is your return policy?

All of our products are covered by a 14-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt in its original condition, original packaging (including tags) for a full refund.

Do you offer international shipping?

For all our international orders, we utilize UPS, while local orders are shipped via Akis Express.

International Orders:
Our international express courier delivery, handled by UPS, generally takes 3-5 business days to reach its destination.

Domestic Orders:
For local orders, our domestic express courier service, facilitated by Akis Express, typically delivers within 1-3 business days.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, free shipping is available for all international orders totaling €150 or more. Orders below €150 will be subject to a shipping fee, and we also offer expedited shipping options for an additional cost. Feel free to get in touch with us for more details.

For local orders, we provide complimentary shipping on purchases of €50 and above. If you have any inquiries or need further information, please don't hesitate to contact us.
